Tired of plain fish? Try this...
Preheat oven to 375°. Season fillets with salt and pepper and arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 12 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
Melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and water and cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in milk and Knorr® Alfredo sauce mix and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Stir in basil and lemon peel and cook 1 minute.
Serve sauce over fillets. We like this with rice or potatoes on the side.
