PREPARATION
In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon Spread over medium-high heat and cook artichoke hearts 1 minute. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in remaining 3 tablespoons Spread and Knorr ® Classic Sauces Bearnaise Sauce Mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve with your favorite grilled chicken, seafood, steaks or baked potatoes.
