ASIAN STIR-FRY

INGREDIENTS
1- lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1 package Knorr® Classic Brown gravy mix
1-1/4 cups water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice wine or white wine vinegar
PREPARATION

Brown steak in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, in two batches. Stir in ginger and cook 30 seconds. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until steak is done and sauce is thickened. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked rice.
