INGREDIENTS
4 ounces chorizo sausage, finely chopped
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup water
1 KnorrĀ® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube, crumbled
1-1/4- lb. red cabbage, cored and cut into 2-x 2-inch pieces
PREPARATION

Heat a large nonstick saucepot over medium-high heat and brown chorizo with onion about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until cabbage is tender, about 25 minutes.
