1 cup thinly sliced cooked chicken or pork
1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
1 small red onion, halved and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Knorr® Sides Plus™ Veggies - Teriyaki Noodles with Asian Style Vegetables according to package directions; let cool to room temperature.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
