SPINACH, MUSHROOM & BEEF STROGANOFF NOODLES

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 package (10 oz.) white mushrooms, sliced
1 cup chopped onion
1-3/4 cups water
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff
1 bag (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves
PREPARATION

Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak about 4 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally. Remove and set aside.

Add mushrooms and onion to same skillet and cook about 4 minutes or until beginning to brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in water and milk and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Continue boiling 8 minutes or until pasta is almost tender. Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute. Stir in reserved steak and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
