Take your rice on an adventure...
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 2 minutes.
Stir in rice and garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until rice is heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in water, soy sauce, and Knorr® Hot & Sour recipe mix and cook 1 minute. Stir in green peas and carrots and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Make a well in center of rice and quickly stir in eggs until cooked.
Feeling Creative? Try substituting sliced chicken, tofu, pork or beef for the shrimp.
For a Hawaiian twist, saute some pineapple chunks with the shrimp twist!
