PREPARATION
Season chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chops about 6 minutes, turning once. Remove chops and set aside.
Add apple and cabbage and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in water and KnorrĀ® Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and return chops to skillet. Simmer covered about 8 minutes or until chops are done. Serve with hot cooked noodles.
