INGREDIENTS

1 package Knorr® Pesto sauce mix
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)
1 (12-in.) prebaked pizza crust
2 plum tomatoes, sliced

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 450°.

Combine Knorr® Pesto sauce mix, ricotta cheese, sour cream and 1 cup mozzarella. Evenly spread cheese mixture on pizza crust, then top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
