PREPARATION
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Evenly top chicken with cheese and bacon. Roll up and secure with wooden toothpick. Melt 1 tablespoon Spread, then dip chicken in Spread, then coat with bread crumbs.
Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and brown chicken, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and keep warm.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in milk and Knorr® Parma Rosa sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 15 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
