HOT & SOUR SHREDDED PORK RICE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless pork, very thinly sliced
1 small red, yellow or orange bell pepper, cut into thin strips
6 ounces snow peas, cut into thirds
1 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
3 cups water
1 package Knorr ® Hot & Sour recipe mix
1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili oil (optional)
2 cups hot cooked basmati or white rice
1 green onion, chopped (optional)
PREPARATION

Bring a little zen to your life...

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat and brown pork and red pepper, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in snow peas, ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in water, and next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pork is done, about 4 minutes.

To serve, arrange rice in bowl and top with mixture. Sprinkle with green onion.
