PREPARATION
Bring a little zen to your life...
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat and brown pork and red pepper, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Stir in snow peas, ginger and garlic and cook 1 minute.
Stir in water, and next 3 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pork is done, about 4 minutes.
To serve, arrange rice in bowl and top with mixture. Sprinkle with green onion.
