PREPARATION
Lightly beat Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix, eggs, milk, salt and pepper; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook, lifting set edges with spatula and tilting pan to allow uncooked mixture to flow to bottom. When bottom is set, sprinkle with a few of your favorite toppings.
Transfer skillet to broiler and cook, until frittata is set and top is lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
