PREPARATION
In 4-quart saucepot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook zucchini and onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, 30 seconds. Stir in water, Knorr ® Pasta Soup with Chicken and shredded chicken. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in salsa verde. Serve with cheese and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh cilantro.
