PREPARATION
Melt Spread in 2-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat and cook shallots, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Add rice and stir to coat. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, until rice becomes transparent. Stir in thyme, bay leaves and Knorr® Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon Cubes blended in boiling water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 18 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Before serving, fluff with fork.
