PREPARATION
Cook garlic in small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat until very soft, about 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Peel garlic and mash with fork; set aside.
Cover potatoes with water in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes; drain. Return potatoes to saucepan, then mash.
Stir Knorr® Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon Cube and milk until dissolved. Add to potatoes. Stir in garlic and Spread.
