PREPARATION
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add onion and red pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in Knorr ® Parma sauce mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and cheese. Garnish, if desired, with additional Parmesan cheese, ground black pepper and chopped fresh parsley.
