YELLOW RICE WITH JALAPENOS

INGREDIENTS
4 tsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
4 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 envelope Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto
2 cups uncooked rice
3/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper slices
PREPARATION

In small bowl, blend Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon with water; set aside.   Meanwhile, in 4-quart saucepot, heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto and uncooked rice until rice is well coated. Cook, stirring frequently, until rice is golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in Bouillon mixture. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in jalapeno peppers and season, if desired, with salt. Garnish, if desired, with finely chopped cilantro.
