TOMATO-BASIL EGGS BENEDICT

INGREDIENTS
1 package Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix
1 Tbsp. finely chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (optional)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or oregano leaves (optional)
6 slices (1-inch thick) French or Italian bread, lightly toasted
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
6 eggs, poached and kept warm
6 thin slices prosciutto (optional)
PREPARATION

Prepare Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and basil; keep warm.

To serve, lightly spread toasted bread with Spread and arrange 1 slice of bread on each plate. Top with egg and prosciutto, then top as desired with Hollandaise sauce.
