THAI SESAME NOODLES WITH SHRIMP

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, OR boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced 1-1/2 cups water 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Thai Sesame Noodles

PREPARATION
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp and red pepper, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until shrimp almost turn pink.
- Stir in water and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Thai Sesame Noodles. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- If desired, stir in chopped cilantro and serve with slices of lime.
