PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°.
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mix until moistened.
Spoon stuffing mixture into a lightly greased large casserole and bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
Variation: For a sausage stuffing, reduce Spread to 4 tablespoons. Stir in 1/2 pound cooked sausage with the stuffing mix.
