PREPARATION
Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once, about 8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Stir water, wine, KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix and 1 tablespoon basil into same skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in milk. Return chicken to skillet. Simmer covered 2 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with remaining basil and serve, if desired, with toasted Italian bread.
VARIATION: Try topping each chicken breast with 1 slice prosciutto-stuffed mozzarella or fresh mozzarella during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
