PREPARATION
Heat oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat and cook garlic 30 seconds. Add beef and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until browned. Stir in water, wine, potatoes, carrot, mushrooms, celery, onion, tomato paste, thyme and bay leaf. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until beef is almost tender. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Beef and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Remove bay leaf.
