INGREDIENTS
3 lbs. russet or Idaho potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 package Knorr® Four Cheese or Alfredo sauce mix
3/4 cup milk
3 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
PREPARATION

  1. Cover potatoes with water In 4-quart saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
  2. Return potatoes to saucepan, then mash. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
