PREPARATION
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In same skillet, add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in artichokes and Knorr® Garlic Herb sauce mix blended with milk. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes or until mixture is thickened.
In large serving bowl, toss sauce with hot pasta and top with chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and red pepper flakes.
