PREPARATION
In medium saucepan, combine milk and Knorr® Leek recipe mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in spinach and nutmeg. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
RECIPE TIP: For Souper Stuffing, in large saucepan, bring 2 packages Knorr ® Recipe Classics ™ Vegetable Soup, Dip and Recipe Mix, 4 cups water and 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread to a boil. Stir in 1 package (14 to 15 oz.) bread stuffing mix. Spoon into 3-quart casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
