PREPARATION
Pour yourself a glass of wine.
Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken about 8 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once. Remove and set aside.
Stir in vegetables and rosemary and cook about 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Return chicken to skillet and simmer until heated through. Enjoy your beautiful creation!
