FRENCH ONION CHEESESTEAK SKILLET

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef
2 cups water
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
PREPARATION

Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat, cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender and caramelized, about 7 minutes. Remove onion from skillet; set aside.

Stir Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Beef and water into same skillet and cook covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.

Top rice with 1/2 of the onion, roast beef, remaining onion, then cheese. Cook covered until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
