Roasted Chili Strips

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups chopped white onion
3 cups thinly sliced poblano peppers (about 1-1/2-in. long strips)
3/4 cup water
1 Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube*, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 2 oz.)
PREPARATION

Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion with poblano peppers, stirring frequently, until tender and golden, about 8 minutes. Stir in water and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon Cube. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring frequently, until Bouillon dissolves, about 2 minutes. Stir in cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

*SUBSTITUTION: Use 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon instead of bouillon cube.
