4 hamburgers 1 large onion, sliced into thin rings 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ, prepared according to package directions 4 slices crisp-cooked bacon 4 slices cheddar or American cheese Burger Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and/or pickles

PREPARATION
- Cook hamburgers in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Cook onion in same skillet, using 1 tablespoon oil if needed, stirring frequently, 6 minutes or until onion is tender and golden.
- Arrange Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ on serving platter, then top with hamburgers, onion, bacon and cheese. Garnish with Burger Toppings.
TIP: For a COWBOY SLIDER BBQ PLATTER: Use 12 mini-burgers (about 1 lb.) and cook in 12-inch nonstick skillet in 2 batches to desired doneness. Proceed as above.
