PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SKILLET

INGREDIENTS

2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced 1 medium onion, sliced 1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef OR leftover sliced steak 4 ounces provolone or American cheese

PREPARATION
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.
- Prepare Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve in skillet.
*Variation: To make Philly Cheeseburger Stroganoff, omit roast beef and cook 1 lb. ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Remove and continue with cooking green peppers and onion as above.
