INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups water
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Chicken
1 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
3 Tbsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
PREPARATION

  1. Brown ground turkey with green pepper and onion in 12-inch nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes. Drain, if desired.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
