INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
4 tsp. dried steak seasoning
1-1/4- lb. flank or boneless sirloin steak
1 medium zucchini and/or yellow squash, sliced diagonally
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli, prepared according to package directions
PREPARATION

  1. Blend Spread with steak seasoning in small bowl. Brush steak and vegetables with seasoning mixture. Grill or broil steak and vegetables, turning once, until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Let steak stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve steak and vegetables over hot Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli.
